The issue was that irrigation is the most seasonal trade we work with. The year is decided in a few weeks in spring, and everything has to be in place before that window opens rather than during it.

Listings were inconsistent across the web, which works against the complete and accurate information Google says local results favour, at exactly the moment it matters most.

What we did

The work

1. Listings first. Every place the business appeared was found, corrected, claimed where it could be claimed, and then checked again each month.
2. The Google Business Profile was worked weekly through the run up to spring, with seasonal services, hours and posts changed ahead of the window rather than after it.
3. Review automation kept the count climbing the whole way through, so the listing was strongest exactly when demand peaked.
