2. Follow up runs automatically for anyone who does not reply the first time, without turning into nagging.
3. Alongside it we rebuilt the Google Business Profile properly. Categories, services, descriptions, photos, and weekly posts, so the listing reads as an active business rather than a placeholder.
4. Business listings were cleaned up so the name, address and phone match everywhere Google looks.
