The plain-language summary below reflects how the engagement actually works. It is a summary, not the agreement.

The engagement

The Local Market Takeover is $3,500 per month. There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time.

Ownership

You own everything we build. The website, the content, the pages, the Google Business Profile, the business listings and the links. All of it is created in your name, on your domain and under your logins. You can revoke our access at any time, and if you leave you keep all of it.

The guarantee

Ranked in six months, or we work free until you are. The target position depends on market size and is agreed in writing before work starts. The four conditions we ask of you in return are set out on the guarantee page and form part of the agreement.

Market exclusivity

We take one client per market. While you are a client we will not take on a business competing for your agreed primary keyword in your city.
