What does this cost?
$3,500 a month. There is no setup fee, no contract and no cancellation fee. Priced separately the work in it comes to $22,900 a month. For most home service businesses one booked job covers the month.
What happens if I am not ranking in six months?
We keep working at no charge until you are. Before we start we agree on your primary service keyword and the exact position you should hit, whether that is the map pack or the organic results. All we ask is that you give us access in the first three days, return approvals within five business days, keep payments current, and that your Google profile is not suspended for something that predates us.
I already have a website. Do I have to get a new one?
No. If your site is already solid we skip the rebuild and put that time into everything else. Either way we run the cleanout pass. Titles, headers, internal links, page speed, thin and duplicate content, broken pages, and your name, address and phone across every page.
Do I own the website and the content?
Yes, all of it. Your login, your domain, your name on the account. The site, the content, the pages, the profile, the listings and the links stay yours if you leave. You can revoke our access any day of the week and nothing turns off.
Will you work with my competitor down the street?
No. One client per market. We will not take a second business competing for your primary keyword in your city. That is also why new clients are capped at eight a month.
How long before I see anything?
The website goes live inside the first 30 days. Reviews and Google Business Profile activity move first because they are the fastest assets you have. Rankings take longer, which is what the six month guarantee is for. Our concrete client saw 8 inbound leads in the first week and our irrigation client saw 40 in the first week of spring, but those are their numbers and not a promise about yours.
